Children's Audiology
Specialist hearing assessment from infancy through adolescence
Every child's hearing journey is different. We provide specialist, developmentally appropriate hearing assessment for babies, toddlers, preschool children, school-age children and young people — in a calm, unhurried environment where your child comes first.
Many parents worry that their young child won't be able to cooperate with a hearing test. At Hearing Pathways, we use age-appropriate and play-based assessment techniques that don't require your child to press a button or raise their hand. We adapt the assessment to the child — not the other way around.
Children with additional needs, developmental differences or complex presentations often find standard hearing tests challenging. We have extensive experience adapting our approach — using specialist techniques, familiar objects and a flexible, child-led pace — to ensure every child can have their hearing assessed accurately and comfortably.
